Grian agus Gealach Body Oil - Beathnua & Liath Lus/St Johns Wort and Mugwort Body Oil.

An Ghrian - Is the sun in the Irish language. Beatnua/St Johns Wort is deeply connected with the sun, being ruled by Leo in astro-herbalism. ‘‘Beathnua’’ the Irish word for Johns Wort - translates to ‘‘new life’’ and this plant really is a breath of fresh air, an uplifting ally who supports in times of transition. Their bright presences evokes joy and they are also associated with having protective qualities.

An Gealach - The Moon in the Irish language. Liath Lus/Mugwort is intrinsically connected with the moon, with her silvery underlay resembling the glow of the moon. Being connected with the feminine mysteries, menstruation and the womb, Mugwort is a plant that can support those wishing to connect with the moon cycles and their own inner cycles alike.

Sun & Moon / light and dark / masculine & feminine / inner & outer / balance

This ritualistic (and deeply nourishing) body oil has been created to bring balance to our inner and outer realms. It opens up psychic vision whilst offering protection simultaneously. Both herbs are deeply medicinal for the body and nervous system so this oil is very supportive for folks needing to relax & rest.

It can be wonderful as a breast and or womb oil, to create moments of intentional connection and self-care. It can also be used ritualistically to anoint oneself or another at the beginning or during ceremony, opening connection with the Plant Spirit Realms.

I actually use this this oil all over, including a small amount on my face daily. I have sensitive skin and can suffer from breakouts however I find this blend absolutely ideal and my skin (and spirit) responds really well.

Ingredients:

Mugwort, St Johns Wort, Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Organic Sunflower Oil.
